Each member federation may send two delegates to attend the Congress. To help us manage our organisation, we have developed an online registration process for the submission of delegates to attend the 13th IWUF Congress.
As with all our current online registrations, the landing page for this may be found at http://www.justtool.com/iwuf
. For basic method of registration, please see attached documents. Your registration will then be verified by the IWUF Secretariat and you will be informed if there are any discrepancies.
Please note that once you have submitted your delegate registration, you will not be permitted to change or amend the registration. Only those delegates that have been registered through the system, and confirmed by the secretariat will be permitted to enter the 13th IWUF Congress.
All attending voting delegates must be citizens of the nation/region they are representing, confirmed by submission of a scanned copy of a valid passport when registering through the online system, as well as the presentation of a valid passport at the registration desk at the IWUF Congress, where you will receive your accreditation cards.
The closing date for the submission of delegates is on October 10th 2015. You are kindly requested to register in a timely manner.
